RTP Mega Terms & Conditions – Full Rules of Malaysia's Betting Platform

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to RTP Mega — an online sports betting and casino platform operating under the name rtpmega.bet. This Terms & Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "Member") and RTP Mega ("Platform", "We").

3. Registration & Account Management

Single Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at RTP Mega. Having more than one account — whether using a different name, phone number, email address, or device — is a serious violation. 4. Deposits & Payment Methods

All deposits must be made from a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or family members are not accepted and will be returned.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

All bonuses, promotions, and rewards offered by RTP Mega subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

1. Wagering Requirement: All bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement before winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is 30x the bonus amount received, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
2. Valid Period: All bonuses carry a validity period that is clearly stated. Any unused bonuses or unfulfilled wagering requirements within the validity period will be automatically forfeited.
3. One Active Bonus: Only one bonus may be active at a time. Any attempt to activate multiple bonuses simultaneously will result in all such bonuses being voided.
4. Betting Limit While Bonus Is Active: While meeting bonus wagering requirements, the maximum bet per spin or per hand is RM25 unless otherwise stated.
5. Eligible Games: Not all games are eligible to contribute towards bonus wagering requirements. Live Casino games such as baccarat and blackjack may only contribute a small percentage (typically 10%) towards the wagering requirement. Please check the specific bonus terms for more details.

6. Withdrawal of Winnings

• Withdrawals to Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, and GrabPay are processed within 3–10 minutes
• Withdrawals to bank accounts via FPX are processed within 10–30 minutes on business days
• Withdrawals exceeding RM10,000 requires completed KYC verification
• The standard daily withdrawal limit is RM20,000 for standard accounts and higher for VIP members

RTP Mega reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for security review purposes, particularly for large amounts or where suspicious account activity is detected. This review process typically does not exceed 24 business hours.

7. Prohibited Player Conduct

To ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all members RTP Mega, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Registering or operating more than one account
• Using any automated software (bots), artificial intelligence assistants, or scripts to play or make betting decisions
• Exploiting bugs, software errors, or technical vulnerabilities on the platform for unauthorised gain
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker and Live Casino table games
• Laundering illicit funds through betting activities on the platform
• Impersonating another player or using a false identity
• Making false allegations against the platform or other players
• Abusing the bonus process with the intent to withdraw funds without genuine play (bonus hunting/bonus abuse)

RTP Mega operates a 24/7 fraud and collusion detection system. Any activity suspected of breaching these rules will be investigated, and the account in question will be suspended while the investigation is ongoing. If fraud is proven, the account will be permanently closed and any associated balance and winnings will be forfeited.

8. Responsible Gaming

RTP Mega takes its responsibility for the health and wellbeing of all players seriously. Gambling is a form of entertainment and should remain just that. When gambling begins to affect your daily life, finances, or relationships, that is a sign you need to seek help.

Self-control tools provided by RTP Mega for all members, including:

• Daily / Weekly / Monthly Deposit Limits — set your own deposit limit according to what you can afford
• Loss Limit — auto-stop when losses reach the limit you have set
• Play Time Limit — set a maximum daily playing session duration
• Temporary Break — suspend the account for between 24 hours and 6 months
• Permanent Self-Exclusion — permanently close the account with the option to opt out of re-registration

9. Account Termination & Suspension

RTP Mega reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Suspicious activity related to money laundering or fraud
• Instructions from law enforcement bodies or relevant authorities
• Account closure request by the player themselves for self-exclusion purposes

When an account is closed due to a terms violation, RTP Mega reserves the right to forfeit all remaining balances and winnings in that account. For account closures requested by the player themselves, any valid balance will be refunded upon completion of the review process.

Players whose accounts have been closed due to a breach of terms is not permitted registering a new account at RTP Mega. Any attempt to do so will result in the immediate closure of that new account.

10. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

RTP Mega reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to players. However, for material and significant amendments, we will endeavour to notify players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the RTP Mega following any amendment taking effect constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the revised terms.
